THE KUHLMANN PROCESS
- Browse through our gallery of designs and furnishings
- Make an appointment with us
- Tell us about your inspirations and lifestyle
- Share your home floor plan with our architects
- Get quotes and designs based on your needs
- Pay a 100% of the design fee in order to secure our services.
- Collaborate with your appointed designers to finalize your ideal design
- We’ll confirm a renovation timeline and project delivery date with you
- Pay 70% of the product fee to place an order for the products and services selected
- We’ll then source and manufacture the items ordered
- Construction work commences
- Pay 25% of the product fee prior to installation
- All completed furniture and décor pieces will be delivered to your site
- All products will be expertly installed and finishing touches added
- Pay the final 5% of the product fee upon completion of your project
- Take ownership of your beautiful new space
